Most teens do not desire to quit their cool cigarettes merely to follow the example set by the doctors in New York City. They crave the flavors of these favorite candy and chocolate and would walk out their way to purchase a common flavors. The FDA is dealing with the manufacturers of e-Cigarettes, not teens.
